Seven Secrets to Soft Skin

Soft Legs: Shave as normal, then use a sugar scrub on your legs and rinse off and Shave again. This will remove any dead skin you didn’t even realize was there!

Soft Hands: Mix together coconut oil, honey, and raw sugar. Massage mixture into hands for 2 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Repeat 1-2x per week.

Soft Feet: Mix 1 part Listerine, 1 part vinegar, and 2 parts warm water. Soak feet for 10-15 minutes. Pat feet dry.

Soft Face & Lips: Mix equal parts Brown Sugar, Coconut Oil, and Honey. Apply to face & lips with clean fingers – massage for about 2 minutes. Rinse with warm water & pat dry.

Helpful Food & Drink: WATER, Red Bell Peppers, Blueberries, Avocado, Sweet Potatoes, whole grains, and green tea just to name a few.

What to avoid: Junk food, alcohol, smoking, caffeine, and excessive sun exposure will hinder your soft skin.
